“In South Africa, larger companies have the resources to utilize AI for improved efficiency and competitive advantage,” Khan explains.
“Conversely, SMEs, particularly the 650,000 operating in the country, face challenges such as high costs, limited expertise, and language barriers.
“This often leads to inefficiencies such as manual workflows and poor customer interaction,” she elaborates.

“As a founder, it bolstered my confidence in strategy and operations.
“For Nuvion AI, it clarified our product roadmap, expanded our network through mentors and events like the Africa Tech Festival, and provided operational support such as market validation and business consulting.”
